Have been on hold to their customer team for over 5 hours in total across multiple phone calls. Have made formal complaints that have been ignored. Have been an AAMI customer for over 10 years and never made a claim, will definitely be moving insurers after this horrendous experience is finally over.

A total building replacement policy doesn't use a sum insured - you simply get your building totally replaced.
